I purchased a 10ft outdoor patio umbrella with them on 4/22 and received it 4/28 but over this past weekend while trying to get it open the string snapped. I freaked out because before this past weekend I've only opened this umbrella abt 4 or 5 times. I went on their website and started a chat and a representative by the name of Carlos took my concerns. He was very professional, asked in brief what happened and I explained the situation and he didn't question anything and his next response was "I have put in for a replacement for you which you will receive in 7 to 10 days and no need to send in the other umbrella". This company surprised me and went above and beyond and I really appreciate that in a company. I definitely will be ordering from them again.

I've placed two orders with best choice, second order the coupon code did not apply at all so I called right away customer service…I was immediately assisted by Luis whom could not be more helpful & assuring letting me know that I would get the credit back to my credit card regardless within 5 days…it was a pleasure dealing with a company that stands by their products and discount offers…my first order arrived even faster than expected, I will continue doing business here and highly recommend this website.

We bought porch swing for my son and he decided he'd rather has a grill so we bought a grill and had to return the swing. I contacted the company and in no time at all I had a Fedex shipping label sent to my email for a free return and no questions asked. The gentleman that helped we was so awesome I sent in a letter of recommendation specifically for him so they know what an incredible job he did. They train their staff to go above and beyond and make it so easy to deal with it was an actual pleasure getting this done. I will most definitely keep Best Choice Products on my go to list for products I need in the future. Really a pleasure to work with! I would recommend!

We have ordered 7 of the 6x3 raised garden beds and hope to order more asap. Product is great and shipping is super fast. Added bonus is rewards points. The only thing I didnt agree with was I could not get the memorial day discount when using my rewards points. It was one or the other...two coupons I understand but I think you should be able to use your rewards with a holiday discount.

First Umbrella had a defect. They sent me a completely new one at no extra cost. The umbrella is wonderful. Solar panel charges it up during the day. Very nice lights at night. Only drawback is that it won't be able to charge if the cover is on it.

not even 2 weks of usage and the pillows already sinked

A product I ordered and was shipped to me arrived with a hole. I sent a message about the problem and they responded quickly. I had asked if they could replace just the piece with the hole but they did not have that part in stock. They provided me with the option to receive a refund or have a new one shipped. I opted for a new one to be shipped and asked how to return the damaged product. They said I would not need to return it. I decided to go ahead and put together the item to use until the new one arrived but I lost the instructions. I went on their website and they had a chat feature. Within minutes they forwarded the instructions to me in the chat. I appreciated the ease of getting my problem resolved.

I bought a tall bird feeding station. Best price i found anywhere. I love it. It arrived when they said it would.

The wood split as I was putting it together. Very soft wood. Not suitable for a garden. Maybe a bird feeder...
